Return and Exchange Policy
Overview
Our return and exchange policy allows for same-day returns and exchanges. If more than 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also include any original packaging and proof of purchase, such as a receipt.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. Peeled items, like peeled pineapples, cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety and hygiene concerns.
Additional non-returnable/exchangeable items:
- Perishable goods such as fruits and vegetables, unless they were damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- Items that have been cut, peeled, or processed.
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return or exchange, you must provide proof of purchase and evidence such as photos or videos of the item’s condition.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Fruits and Vegetables Return/Exchange Policy
We strive to offer only the freshest produce. In the rare case that your fruits or vegetables arrive damaged or spoiled, we will happily offer a replacement or refund, provided you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item and submit proof (images or videos) of the condition.
However, peeled fruits or vegetables (e.g., peeled pineapple) cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered due to health and safety concerns.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return or exchange request is received and reviewed, we will notify you via call/Message regarding approval or rejection. If approved, a replacement will be arranged or your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing time may vary.
- Contact your bank, as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items are non-refundable.
Shipping Returns
If you need to return a product, please send it to: Shop No. 12, Alu Pyaj Gali, Cotton Market, Nagpur. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
